And because it’s Freehold you can expect appreciation as time goes on. You can also expect appreciation on your asset during the construction phase. The earlier you buy the more appreciation that will occur during the construction.

Are there any taxes?There’s an 11% VAT when construction is complete and 5% land transfer tax when construction is complete for our Freehold Properties. You don’t need to pay these taxes if you sell your unit(s) before construction is complete but you will have to pay a 20% capital gains tax on any net profits from the sale.
